My test hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your test yet.

Tests are normally sent out within 24hrs and therefore you should receive them within 3-5 working days.

If this is not the case, please email support@glycanage.com quoting your unique code or message our friendly support team via our chat, available through our website so we can arrange for another test kit to be sent out to you at no extra cost.
