How often should I test?

The default and usual time-frame that we recommend testing is 6 months. 

How often you test can be determined by many things and is a personal choice, but it is good to keep in mind that our test can be used as a tool for measuring intervention success such as training, weight loss, estrogen replacement in perimenopausal women and many more.

Testing two or more times a year will allow you to observe closely any changes in your immune system and give you the option to track the impact of weight loss, dietary improvements, supplements, and therapy on your inflammaging.
