How do I collect my blood sample?

Clean your chosen finger with an alcohol wipe and let it dry fully. Use the lancet to prick the finger, then allow blood drops to fall naturally onto the collection card without touching the card with your skin. Fill all four circles with sufficient blood, allow the card to air-dry for 2 hours, then seal it back into the plastic bag with desiccant before returning it.
