How do I return my sample, and how soon should I post it?

Once your blood collection card has dried for 2 hours, place it back into the original plastic bag with the desiccant, seal it, and place it into the return envelope provided.

We recommend posting your sample back as soon as possible after collection, ideally on the same day. If you are unable to post it immediately, the sample is stable for up to 2 weeks in regular conditions (up to 60 degrees Celsius), but it should be kept chilled until you are ready to send it to maintain best quality.

Depending on your location, you may need to use your local post office or book a courier collection rather than post it in a standard mailbox. If you are unsure, contact us at support@glycanage.com and we will guide you through.
