Accessing your personal dashboard allows you to view your results, book report interpretations, and access recommendations from specialists. Follow the steps below to log in to your account.
Please note: the following will only work if you are a registered GlycanAge user, if you have been gifted a test you have not been registered for please contact support and we will set you up.
Step-by Step instructions
1. Visit the GlycanAge Login Page
-Open your web browser and go to the GlycanAge login page.
2. Enter Your Email Address
-Input the email address associated with your GlycanAge account in the designated field.
3. Enter Your Password
- Type your password into the password field
4. Click "Log in"
-Click the "Log In" button to access your dashboard
5. Forgot Your Password
- If you can't remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link located below the password field.
Common Issues
-Forgot Password: If you selected "Forgot Password", check your spam folder for the email for the reset link.
