I accidentally entered my patients details wrong, what do I do?
Entering a patients details incorrectly due to change of context or just an accident does happen - here's what to do.
Needing to update patient details BEFORE a report has generated is quick and easy, you can edit your patients details in your dashboard here and this will then update throughout the system for any report generation.
If you have received a report and then realise the patients details are incorrect please reach out to us at support@glycanage.com we can then update the information on our side and put the report to regeneration, this may take an extra day or two as it will have to run through our algorithm again and be approved.
