1. Log into your GlycanAge partner dashboard.
2. Navigate to the assign kits button here
3. If you have created a patient in the past, you can choose of your list of existing patients, if this is a patient or client that has yet to be registered, you can create them now.
4. Link up the appropriate test kit to your patient from your list, this code can be found: on the front of your kit box, on the blood card and also on the back of your return envelope.
5. IMPORTANT: Depending on how you placed your initial order, this step will differ. IF you placed a "bulk order" and paid for all kits upfront, then you should see the option to use "Assignment Tokens" to assign for no additional charge. IF you paid only for the 1o% down-payment on just the kits to pay the rest of the cost later, you will pay the rest here using your CC or via invoice here.
