I just got my results, but I gave my test to someone else, what do I do?
You just got an email to tell you your results are ready, but these aren't your results!
Ideally, as soon as you know you are giving your kit away to someone else, whether it be a friend, family member or partner etc, you should get in touch with us at support@glycanage.com to let us know.
If the time has passed for this and you have been notified results are ready and they don't belong to you, please still do get in contact with us.
You will need to wait a little additional length of time for us to send it off for recalculation with the new individual's details, but it will be no issue at all.
