# How do I register my GlycanAge kit?

Before taking your sample, please make sure you register your GlycanAge kit first. This is a required step and helps us match your sample correctly once it reaches the lab. To register your kit, scan the QR code provided and confirm your unique test ID before proceeding to account creation.

This is relevant only for registering kits to your own account. If you have been given this kit through one of our GlycanAge partners (your doctor, most likely) then you don't need to do anything to register.
