What if I make a mistake or accidentally touch the card?

If you touch the filter paper, smudge the sample badly, or think the sample may be contaminated or insufficient, please contact us at support@glycanage.com before posting it back. A poor-quality sample can delay analysis or mean a repeat test is needed, so it is better to check first than risk sending back an unusable sample.
